Music defines Nashville and JW Marriott Nashville and Sony Music Nashville have joined forces to create a unique Music City experience with the launch of Soundtrack by JW on Vinyl Record Day this Monday, August 12.
JW Marriott will offer guests a fresh take on an old-school experience by offering guests access to Sony’s Bluetooth Turntable, Sony’s Headphones, and a choice of four vinyl collections that have been thoughtfully curated to include tracks from some of Nashville’s favorite country artists including Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert and reigning ACM and CMA vocal group of the year, Old Dominion.
“We value our partnership with JW Marriott Nashville going back to Old Dominion’s performance at the property in 2018 during their grand opening celebration,” said Nicole Marinake, Senior Director, Partnership Marketing, Sony Music Nashville. “This latest program further demonstrates the property’s commitment to music and providing one-of-a-kind experiences for their guests.”
As vinyl use continues to rise, it is no surprise that the program will launch on national Vinyl Record Day, which brings together fans, artists, and thousands of independently owned record stores, to recognize the impact of vinyl on the evolution of recorded music. Nashville has been shaped over time by the thriving recording industry that is has truly become the soul of the city making it one of the best destinations to see live music in the United States.
The new programing aligns with the property’s dedication to provide immersive cultural experiences representative of its downtown Nashville location between the lively atmosphere of Broadway and history of Music Row. “We aim to weave Nashville’s unique culture into every experience we share with our guests,” says Lukus Kindlesparker, General Manager, JW Marriott Nashville. “As you travel throughout Nashville, music can be heard billowing out some of the most highly-regarded live music venues in the world featuring up and coming artists who may very well become tomorrow’s biggest breakout stars. With this partnership, we will provide our guests with music from some of Nashville’s most famed artists.”
Soundtrack by JW collection cases include Current Country, Country Women, Legends & Superstars, and Outlaw Country to fit guests’ unique musical tastes.
