The much-anticipated fine dining destination, HaSalon by celebrated Israeli Chef Eyal Shani and Shahar Segal, is now open at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas. The distinctly unique Mediterranean restaurant, located just off The Palazzo casino floor, introduces a transformative dining destination which combines culinary ingenuity with an impassioned and celebratory atmosphere.
The HaSalon menu captures the riches of Mediterranean cuisine through the essence of pure ingredients of exceptional quality, sourced locally when possible. The evolving menu is a collision of creativity blending diverse flavors with the spirit and tastes of Tel Aviv. Dishes include the Horrible Hammer – herbs and flowers smashed atop thin slices of beef carpaccio, the Mamaliga, a sweet corn polenta, roasted calamari in sage butter, resting on tomato foam swirled with yogurt, eggplant sashimi, and pasta torn from the petals of an artichoke.
“The opening of HaSalon continues our plan of reinvestment throughout the resort and we know that its dynamic atmosphere and inventive menu will build upon our goal of creating the most sought-after culinary experiences on the Las Vegas Strip,” said Patrick Nichols, president and chief executive officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
“Las Vegas is all about the will to live on instincts, to put your life in the hands of luck. Nobody understands that more than HaSalon – the energy, and the food, all are mesmerizing and elevate your feelings,” said Chef Eyal Shani. “At HaSalon, you are getting the best feeling that life can give, the magic from a night you are praying will never end, experiencing a loss of control and the freedom that feeling has. Our mission, the whole reason for our existence and the whole reason that millions of people around the globe are dreaming of us, is to give happiness and make people that visit us much happier than they were before.”
HaSalon is open three nights a week, with two distinct dining experiences. The first seating at 6 p.m. is a gastronomic journey in a tranquil setting where the food is the star of the show. The second seating starts around 8 p.m. and channels the energy of Tel Aviv as the atmosphere transitions from calm to electrifying. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the music, feel the groove, and experience a dining experience like none other.
The unique design of the space takes after the restaurant’s name, HaSalon which means “the living room’ in Hebrew. The color palette is built from the vibrant vegetables and ingredients on the menu along with textures of concrete, tile, wood plus modern and vintage style furniture to create a sense of comfort and warmth.
