Horseshoe Bay Resort’s 17th Annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival Returns November 4-5

Horseshoe Bay Resort, Texas’ original golf and lakeside resort in the picturesque Texas Hill Country Wine and Lake Region, will celebrate its 17th annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival on Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November 5th. Join other foodies, jazz aficionados and wine enthusiasts at one of Horseshoe Bay Resort’s most anticipated annual events! The 2022 Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival welcomes celebrity chefs, jazz artists and creative culinary experiences throughout the weekend.

“It’s been an extraordinary year at Horseshoe Bay Resort and the Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival will be another incredible weekend to remember,” says Managing Director Bryan Woodward. “The lineup of celebrity chefs and musicians is not to be missed and we’re looking forward to seeing the many familiar faces who’ve been marking this annual festival on their calendars for year after year.”

The fun starts Friday night with a seated five-course dinner and wine pairing prepared by Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Culinary Director Bill Osloond, Executive Chef Frank Rog, and celebrity chefs. On Saturday, enjoy celebrity chef Cooking Demonstrations followed by the Wine Stroll featuring Texas Hill Country wineries and exquisitely prepared food samples prepared by some of the region’s most notable chefs and restaurants.

This classic fall event showcases celebrity chefs, exquisite cuisine, the best Texas Hill Country wines, and jazz musicians. The incredible celebrity chefs come from Texas and beyond. The Horseshoe Bay Resort Culinary team will be accompanied by Chef Jay Ducote, who was runner-up on the Food Network’s Chopped season 11; Chad Rosenthal of Chopped Grill Masters, Beat Bobby Flay and Food Network Star Season 9; and Shannen Tune of the Food Network’s Chopped Champion Season 27.

Friday, November 4

Wine Pairing Dinner

Reception at 6:30PM | Dinner at 7:00PM

Enjoy a plated dinner, featuring dishes prepared by celebrity chefs. Each course is paired with a Texas Hill Country wine accompanied with live music from the Geoff Clap Trio.


Saturday, November 5

Cooking Demonstrations With Celebrity Chefs

Demonstrations Begin at 11:00AM

Watch the celebrity chefs live, as they prepare recipes from their storied repertoire. Each demonstration is followed by a Q&A with the chef.

Wine Stroll

Wine & Food Sampling Begins at 2:00PM

Saturday features a curated selection of restaurants and chefs offering the best bites off their menus. Their delicious dishes are complemented with a glass of vino from the best winemakers in the Texas Hill Country Wine region. Listen and lounge to live music from J Serrato Quartet while you taste your way through Texas. From viognier to pinot to port, there is a sip for everyone. Featured wineries include Torr Na Lochs, Fall Creek, Spicewood, Flat Creek, Stonehouse, Wedding Oak, Messina Hof, Los Pinos Ranch Becker, William Chris & Lost Draw, and more.
